Jakub Sladek – Baseball & Softball Advisor

Former national team player Jakub Sládek has always belonged to the great talents of Czech baseball. By age 20, he had managed to play one year in the German Bundesliga, play in the adult world championship, and sign a professional contract with the Philadelphia Phillies organization. Subsequently, in the 2012 season, he was the first Czech player to play for the Japanese team Ishikawa Million Stars and after returning to the Czech extraliga, he hit 34 home runs in the years 2014-2015.

“I wish the Czech players that their dreams of playing professional baseball in the USA and Japan come true. One route is through quality American high schools and universities, and I’m glad that several players are already taking that route.”
