Luboš Kubík Ml.
Luboš Kubík Jr. has extensive experience in the world of football both in the Czech Republic and the United States. After studying Sports Management in the USA, he worked at the MLS club Philadelphia Union and now helps athletes, especially soccer players, to get scholarships at American universities or play professionally.
He was born in France but grew up and studied in Pardubice. After moving to the USA, he played for the Des Moines Menace and studied at the California University of Pennsylvania, where he gained experience in sports management and worked with teams such as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. After his internship in Philadelphia, he decided to stay with the MLS club and actively participate in soccer development and team support.

Luboš Kubík St.
Luboš Kubík Sr. is a former Czech football player and coach who represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. During his playing career he played abroad for Fiorentina in Italy, FC Metz in France, 1. FC Nuremberg in Germany and in the USA for Chicago Fire and Dallas Burn. In the Czech Republic he played for SK Slavia Praha, Hradec Králové, Drnovice and Lázně Bohdaneč. He represented Czechoslovakia from 1985-1993 and the Czech Republic from 1994-1997, scoring 13 goals in 56 matches.
As a coach, he led Śląsk Wrocław in Poland and Torquay United in England. In 2010, he was an assistant coach for the USA at the World Cup in South Africa. His greatest achievements include silver at EURA 1996, winning the 1998 MLS Cup and two US Open Cups with the Chicago Fire.

Martin Hašek
Martin Hašek, born in 1969 in Pardubice, has been playing football and hockey since his youth. While his brother Dominik became a hockey goalkeeping legend, Martin chose football. He played for Pardubice, Cheb and Liberec before joining Sparta Prague, with whom he won five championship titles.
As a defensive midfielder, he excelled in physical readiness and technique. He played for the national team, playing for Austria and Russia, and his statistics boast 6 league wins, 28 Champions League starts and a gold medal at the 1993 World Universiade.
After finishing his playing career, he became a coach. He obtained a UEFA professional license and led Sparta to the title in the 2009/2010 season. After that, he worked with Spartan youth and nurtured a number of talents. He also coached Pardubice, Vlašim, Bohemians Praha 1905, Ústí nad Labem and Zbrojovka Brno.
Martin is also the managing director of the Hašánek Free Kindergarten.

Jakub Sládek
Jakub Sládek, a former national team player, has always been one of the great talents of Czech baseball. By the time he was 20 years old, he had already played one year in the German Bundesliga, played in the World Adult Championship and signed a professional contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. Subsequently, in the 2012 season, he became the first Czech to successfully try out for the Japanese team Ishikawa Million Stars and after returning to the major leagues, he hit 34 home runs in two years, specifically in 2014-2015.
"I wish the Czech players to fulfill their dreams of playing professional baseball in the USA and Japan. One way is through quality American high schools and universities, and I'm glad that several players are already taking that route."

Ondřej Vencl
Ondřej Vencl is a former professional footballer who played in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. He grew up in Pardubice, where he worked from the pre-school to the men's A-team, where he played for four years. He graduated from a sports high school and Masaryk University in Brno, majoring in coaching at the Faculty of Sports Studies.
After finishing in Pardubice in 2016, he headed to Slovakia, where he played for FC Nitra for two years. He then moved to Austria, where he played for SV Horn. After half a year he returned to the Czech Republic and in 2019 he started playing for MFK Chrudim, where he finished his professional career.
Now he is a fitness coach of FK Pardubice youth players and a personal fitness trainer at the Vektor sports centre. He also helps students and young athletes develop their careers in the USA, where he sees the best connection between sport and education.

Jan Chvojan
I grew up playing football in Viktoria in Pilsen, where I briefly got into the locker room of the A team. After graduating from the sports high school I decided to try something new, which eventually changed my life. In America, I started at Mid-Continent University in Kentucky, where I captained the Cougars for three seasons. Before my senior year, I transferred to Grand Canyon University in Arizona, where I finished my degree and tried out for the NCAA Division 1. I also played USL 2 for the St. Louis Lions. During my studies I became interested in sports psychology, so I got my MSc at the University of Portsmouth. I then returned to the US where I coached soccer for three years at Concordia University and played for the semi-professional team Bugeaters FC.

Lukáš Perina
Lukáš Perina is a professional futsal player and football coach who is currently studying at Palacký University in Olomouc. He was born in České Budějovice and started his football career in SK Dynamo České Budějovice, where he went from the youth categories to the reserve team. During this period he was selected for the regional selection and played in the top youth league.
At the age of 18, he discovered his passion for futsal and quickly became part of a team that was promoted to the first league. His performances earned him a place in the Czech U19 futsal team, where he was captain for the 2022 European qualifiers in Portugal.
Lukas then played football for Wingate University in the USA and helped the team to success in the South Atlantic Conference. After returning to the Czech Republic, he signed a contract with Helas Brno and became a coach at Sparta Brno, where he leads the U17 team and assists with the U19 team.
Swimming Advisor
Eliška Kubík-Melicharová
Eliška Kubík Melicharová is a former Czech swimmer who studied and swam competitively at Union College in Kentucky. She started swimming at the age of eight in her native Trutnov. Thanks to her studies at the J.G. Jarkovsky Gymnasium in Prague, she made the USK Prague team and trained at the University Sports Center. Her achievements include 1st place at the Senior Youth Championship and 3rd place at the Adult Championship. These results earned her a scholarship to Union College. There she represented the university for four years and was part of the team that won 3rd place at the NAIA Nationals. She finished her career as an All-American Student Athlete in 2017.

Dominik Vyleta
Dominik Vyleta is a football player and a fourth-year physical therapy student at Northern Michigan University, where he earned athletic and academic scholarships. He began his soccer story at the age of six with the Aritma Praha team, where he was brought by his father, a former Sparta youth coach. At the age of ten he received offers from Sparta, Slavia and Motorlet, but his parents chose him for Motorlet. After three years he returned to Aritma, where he did so well that he was approached by Slavia Prague. After a year there, he moved to Dukla Prague, where he got into preparation with the A-team.
Dominic's journey, however, continued overseas. He decided to go to the USA, where he combined football with his university studies, which was his biggest motivation. Since 2020, he has been studying physiotherapy and playing football for the University of Northern Michigan in NCAA Division 2.
During his time in the US, he gained a deep understanding of the industry and the sporting environment and decided to help young athletes pursue their dreams of studying and playing sport abroad.
